If you have the skills to work with equipment, but do not have access to it, then we can provide a convenient workplace and the opportunity to use a laser cutter, 3D printer, CNC milling machine, plotter, lathe.

3D printers

3D printing is already tightly integrated into project activity, and the 3D printer is already as habitual to users as conventional printer. For printing, we mainly use PLA plastic — an eco-friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable material.

3D printer 3DQ Prism Pro V2
Layer-by-layer creation of a physical object from a digital 3D model. Prism Pro V2 is a professional-level 3D printer, based on the "delta robot" scheme. The printer is equipped with automatic calibration, a heated worktable, a closed working chamber and an extruder cooling system. Prism Pro prints models up to 400 mm in diameter and up to 800 mm high, with a minimum layer thickness of 0.05 mm. Due to the two-sided blowing of the model during printing and the mechanism of thread tension regulation, the printer prints all the main types of plastic: ABS, PLA, Watson, HIPS and FLEX.

Milling and lathe machines

Unmanned Aircraft Systems experience significant strain in the air and require the use of modern materials such as carbon, fiberglass, etc., to maintain an acceptable mass and durability. CNC Milling Machines are used to process these materials with high accuracy and speed. For the processing of turning parts — lathe.

Laser Cutters

Laser cutters create endless opportunities for doing personal projects with such materials as plywood, polycarbonate, acrylic glass, etc. In addition to cutting on equipment, you can perform engraving.

Plotters

Printing the blueprints for the diploma or project presentation is easy when you have a widescreen plotter at your fingertips! In our experience of evaluating and judging other people’s projects, we are faced with the diminitive perception of projects from plywood as a starling houses, which is why we suggest making a pattern on a self-adhesive tape and pasting your project. Or any stickers of the most interesting shape.

HP Designjet T520 Inkjet Plotter
The HP Designjet T520 36in Plotter is irreplaceable in a design bureau or production facility. Modern electronics are quite demanding of the soldering temperature modes and specially for this purpose we have chosen high-quality soldering stations with high temperature holding accuracy and an oscilloscope for testing the performance of components and circuits.
